Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 0–1 business day
- Orders placed before 11:00 AM (IST) are usually dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 11:00 AM may be dispatched next business day
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time across India:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–8 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, weather, or remote location.
Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping across India on all orders unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp, SMS, or email within 24 hours.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.
If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to origin.
Re-shipping may require additional shipping charges.
Damaged Package
If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered:
- Record an opening video before unpacking
- Contact us immediately
Without an opening video, damage claims may not be accepted.
