Return and Refund Policy

At BK Online Store, we want every customer to receive products in perfect condition.
This policy explains when and how a return, replacement, or refund can be requested.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement, all conditions below must be met:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered
  • Product must not be dirty, damaged, scratched, or altered
  • All accessories, parts, and tags must be included
  • Opening video proof is required in case of damage or missing items

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Used or dirty product
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or incorrect assembly
  • Minor color difference due to screen display
  • Requests raised after 3 days

4. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Opening video (mandatory for damage claims)

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective or damaged during delivery → pickup will be arranged by us.
  • If return is approved for any other valid reason → customer may be required to ship the product safely.

Product must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.

6. Return Address

Returned products must be sent only to the following address after approval from our support team:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


7. Replacement & Refund

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.

If approved:

Replacement: Shipped within 2–5 business days
Refund: Processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.


8. Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is not received in original condition or packaging.
